We are seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Project Manager (Interiors) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Project Manager (Interiors), you will be responsible for:

1. Assisting the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing interior construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
2. Coordinating and managing the project team and subcontractors to ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
3. Assisting in the preparation and management of project budgets and schedules.
4. Overseeing the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other necessary documents.
5. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project goals are met.
6. Assisting in the estimation and procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
7. Ensuring project compliance with all building codes and safety regulations.
8. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications.
9. Providing regular project updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
10. Resolving any issues, problems, or delays that may occur during construction.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial interior buildouts, interior estimating, and project engineering.
2. Proven experience as an assistant project manager or similar role in the construction industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of interior renovations and buildouts.
4. Familiarity with corporate interiors and commercial construction.
5. Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
6. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
