Job Details
What You’ll Be Doing
What You Bring
- Support PMs and Supers on large-scale multifamily projects (typically $25M–$75M)
- Help manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and day-to-day project documentation
- Coordinate with field staff, design teams, and subcontractors
- Assist with procurement, buyout, scheduling, and owner communications
- Learn division processes and prepare for a future step into a PM role
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of APM or PE experience in commercial or multifamily construction
- Familiarity with wood frame, podium, or mixed-use residential projects
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project tasks
- Experience using Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel
- A proactive attitude and interest in long-term career growth
