Project Manager

We're a diverse consulting firm that supports construction, design, and engineering projects in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life science space. We help our clients with everything from selecting subcontractors to permitting to project planning to site management to cost control. Our projects are scattered throughout PA, NJ, and DE.

Our team is comprised of construction experts and innovative architects, and we're adding a Project Manager to keep up with the project load, specifically for our established pharmaceutical clients in/around Philadelphia.

Competitive compensation: $120k - $150k+ (DOE)

Requirements:

• 8+ years' experience managing pharmaceutical and/or healthcare construction projects
• Experience working in an Owner's Rep capacity, either with a consultant or directly with a pharmaceutical company
• Architectural or Engineering background, preferred
• Leadership experience - ability to lead and mentor junior staff

Day-to-day:

• Work with clients to plan, organize, and execute healthcare construction projects
• Finalize subcontracts, establish budget, confirm scope, design review, schedule materials/contractors, cost tracking, etc...
• Document control - RFIs, POs, change orders, project tracking, etc..
• Attending OAC meetings as required
• Periodic travel to various job sites to meet with clients
