A bit about us:
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support large-scale infrastructure and environmental construction projects, with a particular focus on water and wastewater treatment facilities. This role provides hands-on experience in all aspects of project management and offers an excellent opportunity to grow under the guidance of senior leaders. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating documentation, schedules, subcontractors, and compliance requirements to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications
- Assist in coordinating all phases of construction, including facility upgrades, new treatment plants, and pumping stations.
- Track project progress, document activities, and support budget management, cost reporting, and billing.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Assist in preparing subcontracts, scopes of work, RFIs, meeting notes, and required project documentation.
- Support compliance with environmental, safety, and permitting requirements, as well as quality control processes.
- Monitor project risks (weather, site conditions, logistics) and help the team implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of construction experience, preferably with exposure to water/wastewater or civil infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, MS Project); familiarity with CAD or BIM is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
