Job Details

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in construction, multi-family, real estate development, apartments, Procore, and Microsoft Office. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the successful completion of projects from start to finish.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in construction, multi-family, real estate development, apartments, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
