As an Assistant Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring all project goals are met within the allocated budget and timeline.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists, ensuring all design and construction aspects are aligned with the project's specifications.
- Supervise the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring the quality of work meets the project's standards and complies with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and assessments, monitoring the progress of the project and identifying any potential issues or delays.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including budget updates, project timeline, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the provision of materials and services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the budget.
- Resolve any project-related issues or disputes, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in managing construction projects involving erector, architectural, glass, and metal work.
