Job Details

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Receive, enter, and prioritize service calls onto the dispatch board (from customers, technicians, and sales staff).
  • Demonstrate diligence in responding/following up to customer needs.
  • Schedule service with customers; update customers on work order status as needed.
  • Document specific scope for all service calls; ensure correct information is disseminated to technician at the time of dispatch (i.e. work order, description of work, site information).
  • Maintain accurate customer records to include site contact, phone numbers, email, address, and bill to.
  • Maintain the current status of all work orders.
  • Maintain daily schedule for all service technicians; reconcile daily service reports.
  • Issue purchase orders for technicians as needed.
  • Daily Billing and processing of Accounts Payable invoices
  • Answering phones

Preferred Experience:

  • Dispatch experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Experience and Ability to quickly learn/navigate software systems
  • MS Office, Bluebeam, Computer Ease
