Job Details

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Regular property inspections and visitations with tenants. We expect the assistant property manager to know and interact with every tenant on the property.
  • Prompt, professional response and follow through regarding tenant inquiries, problems, and complaints. Tenants should receive these responses within 48 hours at most from receipt.
  • Move-in for new tenants and move-out inspections for tenants vacating their space.
  • Maintain property condition reports with respect to roofs, HVAC units, parking lot, etc.
  • Bids and manage capital improvement projects.
  • Tenant finish construction with tenant and contractors.
  • Contractors and maintenance staff for services and repairs to property.
  • Preparation of rent commencement letters, delivery notices, etc., for new tenants.
  • Rent collections and accounts payables/invoices.
  • Hand and hand with the property accountant and ensure all leases and information is accurately reflected in Yardi.
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned.
