Job Details

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations.
  • Coordinate the leasing process, including showing vacant units to prospective tenants, processing rental applications, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests, and ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Conduct regular property Inspections.
  • Assist with rent collection, late payment follow-ups, and eviction proceedings when necessary, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support marketing and advertising efforts to attract new tenants and retain existing ones, including creating promotional materials and organizing events or open houses.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, Real Estate Management, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in tax credit property management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant property management regulations.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
