Is your background a fit? Apply now, if you meet the following criteria:

  • BA degree in business or related field
  • 3-5+ years experience in Commercial Property Management, Property Administration and/or Facilities Management
  • Experience managing Class A buildings & high-end clientele!
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Adobe, and MS Excel (charting/graphing)
  • Strong ability to multitask and sense of expediency, accuracy, and cooperation
  • Energetic, assertive, and positive demeanor

Nice to have (not required):
  • Experience with Yardi, Cardin, MRI, Realogic, Energy Star Manager, LEED Online and MACH Energy
  • Relevant Certifications: Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), LEED AP, LEED Green Associate

Position Overview:

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing administrative, operational, and conference center support for the facility, assisting in vendor management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Administrative Support:

  • Communicate daily with the Facilities Team.
  • Prepare the weekly operational calendar and coordinate contractors’ visits.
  • Review invoices, prepare reports, and maintain vendor contracts.
  • Participate in facilities project meetings, inspections, and maintain documentation.
  • Assist with budget preparation and update facility procedures.

Event Coordination:

  • Coordinate logistics for day, evening, and weekend events.
  • Liaise between Facilities, Events Production & Protocol (EPP), and Security.
  • Handle staffing, mechanical requests, and event reconciliations.
  • Track and process event-related billing and damage claims.
