Scope of Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Leading by example, living the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of our company
- Achieving resident & client satisfaction by striving to ensure every resident interaction is positive
- Respectfully coaching and mentoring team members when the RSM is not present
- Attend team/client meetings when necessary
- Assist with administrative duties.
- Work order management.
- Team/ new hire training.
- Coordinate resident needs and requests, package logistics, reservations, service orders, etc.
- Special project assignments when needed.
- Understanding of physical asset design, operations and/or building systems is very helpful.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service management, hospitality, or retail industries
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with industry software, apps, and computer programs
