This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our renewable energy portfolio and to play a significant part in our mission to transition towards a more sustainable future. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our solar construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our solar construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of solar construction projects, ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to design, plan, and execute solar construction projects.
- Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks and to ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in solar construction and incorporate this knowledge into project planning and execution.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes, strategies, and practices.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar energy industry, with a focus on solar construction project management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing solar construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, construction methods, and industry regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team and build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on detailed analysis and judgement.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A commitment to sustainability and a passion for renewable energy.
