Job Details

Job Description:

* Support the Superintendent in managing daily field operations, including manpower, schedule, materials, and site logistics
* Help develop and execute job plans, monitor progress, and track material usage and labor productivity
* Interface with trade partners, architects, and owners to resolve site issues and maintain alignment with schedule and phasing plans
* Review drawings and specs to ensure work conforms to project documents
* Participate in preconstruction and progress meetings with subs and internal teams
* Conduct field walks to inspect work quality, enforce safety standards, and maintain site cleanliness
* Assist with site documentation, extra work tickets, and change tracking
* Work closely with the General Superintendent and project team for mentorship, training, and long-term growth

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience supporting field operations in commercial or healthcare construction
* Demonstrated knowledge of jobsite logistics, subcontractor coordination, and safety enforcement
* OSHPD/HCAI or healthcare-specific experience is a plus
* Strong understanding of drawings, schedules, scopes, and quality standards
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
* Must reside in Billings, MT or be willing to relocate
* Craft experience in concrete, framing, or other trades a plus
