Job Details

Responsibilities:

Assist the Superintendent in managing daily field operations
Monitor subcontractor work for safety, quality, and schedule compliance
Help coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and inspections
Ensure site cleanliness, safety protocols, and OSHA compliance
Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Track progress and support documentation of RFIs, daily logs, and punch lists
Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and field staff

Qualifications:

2+ years of construction field experience (multifamily or commercial preferred)
Strong understanding of construction documents, schedules, and job site procedures
Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in construction management a plus
