We're looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to our brand new project in South Bend.

Job Details

Your Role
  • Assist the Lead Superintendent with daily jobsite coordination and scheduling
  • Help manage subcontractor activity, deliveries, and inspections
  • Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
  • Track progress, document field activities, and support quality control efforts
  • Participate in project meetings, reporting, and conflict resolution
  • Learn and grow toward eventually running your own projects



Requirements
  • 3–5 years of construction experience, ideally with multifamily or mixed-use projects
  • Ground-up construction experience required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong familiarity with construction plans, specs, and field technology (Procore a plus)
  • Local to the South Bend area preferred, but not required
  • OSHA 30 certification is a plus
