Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent with experience in affordable housing construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Construction Superintendent in overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Construction Superintendent in managing all phases of the construction project from pre-construction through completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Assist in reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project team members to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction management, specifically in multifamily developments.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and building codes.
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • OSHA 30
