What You Need to Apply:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Experience with K-12 projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Ability to understand and interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules

What You Will Be Doing:

• Responsible for making decisions related to the performance of work, scheduling, delivery, logistics, and quality
• Manage the site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with applicable safety codes and regulations
• Determine the sequence of work and develop schedules to meet project deadlines
• Monitor and maintain adequate labor levels, equipment, and all other appropriate matters
• Manage the billing process, oversee monthly estimates of work completed, payroll, invoicing, and subcontractor payments
