We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the construction industry, specifically with luxury production homes and single-family units. Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

1. Assisting the Superintendent in overseeing the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Coordinating with subcontractors, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure that all work is carried out according to specifications and plans.
3. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety and sanitation regulations.
4. Inspecting and reviewing projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
5. Assisting in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and work timetables.
6. Collaborating with the team to solve any issues that may arise and ensure smooth project completion.
7. Communicating regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
8. Participating in project planning and contributing valuable insights to improve construction processes and techniques.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Superintendent role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically with production homes and single-family units.
2. Proven experience as an Assistant Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role in the construction field.
3. Advanced knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
4. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
5. Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
