This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.

This position involves regular interaction with our ERP system (JobBOSS) and Quality Database (Unipoint) to monitor job status, verify transactions, and ensure that work travels seamlessly through the weld and grind stages. Collaboration with other departments—including Engineering, Quality, and Planning—is key to overcoming obstacles and maintaining operational momentum.
