Job Details

Core Responsibilities

· Perform day-to-day bookkeeping: data entry, account coding, and reconciliations
· Assist with month-end close and basic financial reporting
· Maintain accurate financial records across multiple accounts/clients
· Communicate with clients to gather financial information and clarify discrepancies
· Support AP/AR processes and transaction tracking
· Assist with audit/tax prep support as needed

Required Background & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
· 1 accounting internship required — must include bookkeeping responsibilities
· Some client interaction during internship (email, phone, or in-person)
· Solid understanding of debits/credits and basic accounting principles
· Professional, confident communication style (not over-the-top, but sharp and clear)
· Strong attention to detail and organization
· Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
· Proficient in Excel (basic formulas, sorting, organizing data)
· Exposure to QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
