Associate Architect

As a member of a multifaceted project team, this role will contribute to the execution of architectural and site design initiatives. The scope of duties will encompass the entirety of design and construction drawing set production across varying project types and scales. The preferred candidate must possess a proactive attitude and demonstrate a capacity to work collaboratively with others at a heightened standard.

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree, be a licensed architect and have experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural plans, elevations, and sections for various construction projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project specifications are met.
• Conduct site visits to ensure that construction work is proceeding according to plan.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage a team of architects and drafters to ensure that work is completed according to schedule and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• A master's degree in architecture from an accredited university.
• A license to practice architecture and NCARB certification (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Experience managing a team of architects and drafters.
• A portfolio of previous work that demonstrates your design skills and experience.
