Job Details
Focus on insurance bad faith and fraud defense matters
Handle discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court hearings
Develop case strategy in partnership with senior attorneys
Make in-person appearances as required
Work in a team-oriented environment with strong mentorship
Must be admitted to the California Bar and reside in-state
3–5 years of relevant litigation experience preferred (training available for strong candidates with adjacent defense experience)
Handle discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court hearings
