Represent clients in state and federal courts across Virginia and beyond

Handle all phases of litigation: drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep

Work directly with clients in the transportation, railroad, and insurance industries

Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex defense matters

Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations

Maintain responsibility for deadlines, filings, and case strategy execution

Virginia bar license required; additional licenses (NC, WV, MD, DC) a plus

2+ years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience strongly preferred
