Job Details
We’re looking for a Labor & Employment Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join a top-tier Workplace Law Group. The role involves research, drafting, discovery, and advising employers on a wide range of employment law matters.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
Advising employers on compliance, workplace policies, and risk mitigation
Drafting legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and contracts
Managing discovery and supporting partner-level attorneys in litigation
Representing clients in hearings and administrative proceedings
🔹 What You Bring to the Table:
J.D. and admission to the Michigan Bar
3+ years of labor & employment law experience
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to counsel employers on compliance and workplace matters
