Requirements:
2-4 years of practice experience including antitrust and competition law
Experience in antitrust and competition law, government and internal investigations, and government enforcement actions or civil antitrust litigation, including handling discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and managing complex cases.
Experience representing clients in state and federal court as well as enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.
While candidates in other cities will be considered, the team is largely based in D.C. and the candidate must be admitted (or eligible to be admitted) to the Bar in the jurisdiction in which they are located
