Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including Chapters 7, 11, and 13.
  • Represent clients in bankruptcy court hearings, motions, and adversary proceedings.
  • Draft and review bankruptcy petitions, schedules, plans, and related pleadings.
  • Advise clients on debt restructuring, creditor rights, and asset protection strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage case strategy, timelines, and compliance.
  • Maintain strong client communication and provide practical legal guidance throughout the process.

Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • 3+ years of experience in bankruptcy law (debtor, creditor, or trustee representation).
  • Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines.
