We are a dynamic and fast-growing law firm specializing in civil litigation. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling cases related to wrongful death, truck accidents, motorcycle mishaps, and malpractice, among others. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled legal professionals and contribute to our mission of providing top-tier legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be expected to:

1. Conduct legal research and analysis on various civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on wrongful death, truck accidents, motorcycle incidents, and malpractice cases.

2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.

3. Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and mediations, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation matters.

4. Develop case strategies based on the law and evidence, keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.

5. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to efficiently manage caseloads and deadlines.

6. Provide legal advice to clients, explaining the legal process, and helping them understand their rights and options.

7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal practices, participating in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney position will have:

1. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation, with a specific focus on wrongful death, truck accidents, motorcycle incidents, and malpractice cases.

3. Active membership in the state bar and in good standing.

4. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations related to civil litigation.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.

6. Proven negotiation skills, with experience in resolving disputes favorably for clients.

7. High level of professionalism and ethical standards, with a commitment to client confidentiality.

8. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on the quality of work.

9. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in the legal process.

10. Proficiency in using legal research software and other legal technology.
