- Handle commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other related issues.
- Manage cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys for strategic guidance and case development.
- Contribute to the firm’s continued success through effective client management and case work.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in commercial litigation preferred, but open to candidates with clerkship experience.
- Civil defense experience is acceptable.
- Ability to meet billable hour requirements (160 hours/month).
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
