Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, specifically in the commercial sector.

3. Proven experience in commercial leasing, and refinancing large commercial buildings such as strip malls, purchase, and sale is required.

4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong understanding and knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.

6. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

9. Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
