Our prestigious law firm is seeking a Permanent Associate Attorney specializing in Commercial Real Estate. The successful candidate will have a strong background in reviewing contracts and will be adept at navigating the complexities of commercial real estate law. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of complex transactions while being part of a team of highly experienced legal professionals. This position is perfect for a seasoned attorney looking to further their career in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate contracts, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, and development agreements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to provide guidance on complex commercial real estate matters.
  • Represent clients in real estate transactions and disputes, including negotiation, drafting, and litigation.
  • Advise clients on legal risks and opportunities related to their commercial real estate holdings.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting commercial real estate.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their legal needs are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an attorney with a focus on commercial real estate.
  • Proven experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial real estate contracts.
  • Exceptional legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
  • High level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment.
