We are currently seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney specializing in Complex Civil Litigation to join our esteemed legal team. This position will offer the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to shape and influence the legal landscape by handling complex cases that involve electronic payment law, state court, federal court, state litigation, federal litigation, and FRCP. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in the legal industry, a relentless passion for the law, and a commitment to excellence. This role will require the attorney to work closely with our team of highly skilled legal professionals to provide top-tier legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and overseeing complex civil litigation cases from start to finish.
2. Conducting legal research and formulating legal strategies for cases involving electronic payment law, state court, federal court, state litigation, federal litigation, and FRCP.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and pleadings.
4. Representing clients in court and effectively arguing their cases.
5. Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
6. Staying updated on current laws, regulations, and court decisions relevant to our practice areas.
7. Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the bar in good standing.
3. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in complex civil litigation.
4. Proven experience in electronic payment law, state court, federal court, state litigation, federal litigation, and FRCP.
5. Exceptional research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage cases with a high degree of independence.
8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
