We are seeking an experienced Condo/HOA Attorney to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community association law, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community association law, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Community Association Representation:
- Provide legal representation to condominium and homeowner associations.
- Prepare, review, and file organizational documents related to community associations, including Declarations, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, and Rules and Regulations.
- Draft and record easements, maintenance agreements, and other instruments related to developments.
- Conduct due diligence, including reviewing plats, plans, titles, and other documents to prepare community association documents.
- Advise clients on compliance with local, state, and federal laws affecting community associations.
- Represent associations in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Policy Drafting and Enforcement:
- Draft and enforce HOA policies, covenants, conditions, and restrictions.
- Advise HOA boards on legal matters, including budgets, legislation, and governance.
- Assist in drafting policies to protect associations from lawsuits and liability.
- Client Interaction:
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on various community association issues.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community association law.
- Strong understanding of condominium and homeowner association laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
