Job Details
A respected national law firm is seeking a talented and motivated associate attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join its growing team focused on commercial and technology transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys client-facing work, diverse deal flow, and a collaborative environment with meaningful professional development.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience In:
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g., supply, service, distribution, consignment, warehousing, and vendor agreements)
Supporting corporate M&A or general transactional matters
Commercial leasing transactions (office, retail, warehouse, or industrial)
Corporate governance and entity formation (operating agreements, state filings, resolutions)
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed to practice in South Carolina
Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing deadlines
Comfortable working directly with clients and contributing to business development
Strong academic foundation and a commitment to excellent client service
