Seeking qualified applicants with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in management-side employment litigation and counseling.

Responsibilities:

• Interface directly with clients, providing crucial advice on various aspects of employment law, such as hiring, leaves of absence, internal investigations, terminations, trade secret protection, restrictive covenants, and employee mobility issues.
• Draft and review employment policies, executive agreements, separation agreements, and other essential employment documents.
• Advocate for clients in employment-related disputes before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitral panels.
• Work with and assist other team members on multi-jurisdictional disputes and matters.
• Assist and advise on various employment-related matters in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other corporate transactions, gaining valuable cross-disciplinary experience.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited university.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.
