Job Details

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and related issues
Provide strategic legal counsel and maintain strong client relationships
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Contribute to the growth and development of the firm’s Family Law practice

Qualifications:

2+ years of Family Law experience (Washington and/or Oregon)
Active license to practice law in Washington (required)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Demonstrated work ethic and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Interest in developing a long-term practice and client base
