Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal representation to clients in Family Law, including child custody, divorce, child and spousal support, depositions, and other related areas.
2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, orders, and agreements.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests and rights.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional client service.
6. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the highest quality of legal services.
7. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends in Family Law to provide accurate and timely counsel.
8. Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and reputation in the Family Law field.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Law, with a strong track record of handling child custody, divorce, child and spousal support, depositions, etc.
4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
5. Proven experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
6. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
11. Commitment to continuing education and professional development in Family Law.
12. Experience with legal research tools and software.
