Job Details

What You’ll Do:
  • Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and support
  • Litigate cases in court and advocate with confidence and compassion
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and empathy
  • Draft legal documents, agreements, and pleadings
  • Manage deadlines, court appearances, and all phases of case progression

What We’re Looking For:
  • Active license to practice law in North Carolina
  • At least 1 year of experience in family law preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping families navigate legal challenges
