Associate Attorney | Family Law

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney with a focus on Family Law to join our dynamic legal team. This role will offer you the opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. You will work closely with our team of seasoned attorneys, assisting clients with complex family law matters while also having the opportunity to develop your own client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, including divorce, custody, alimony, and property division, and will be passionate about providing top-tier legal services to our clients.

As a family law Attorney, you will be expected to perform the following duties:

1. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiation processes related to family law matters such as divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.
2. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, and other necessary legal paperwork.
3. Conduct extensive legal research to support cases and provide legal advice to clients.
4. Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
6. Stay updated with the latest developments in family law and participate in continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be admitted to the bar in Massachusetts.
3. A minimum of 5 years' experience in family law practice, with a strong track record of successful representation.
4. Proven experience in mediation and negotiation processes.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
