Job Description:
There is an immediate need for an Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense Litigation to work from the Torrance, CA office. With that said, there is flexibility in either on-site, hybrid or remote. Note: Remote candidates need to live within a reasonable distance to the office and local courts

Job Duties:
· Draft and review discovery documents
· Perform legal research
· Draft pleadings and motions, and responses
· Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, inspections
· Negotiate settlements
· Work closely with experts

Job Qualifications:
· Admission to California State Bar (in good standing)
· 5+ years of civil litigation experience
· Experience in Insurance Defense litigation, helpful
· Must be able to demonstrate exceptional knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial.
· Must be a team player and self-starter
