A bit about us:

We have an immediate opening with a midsized AV-rated firm for an experienced litigation attorney in Alpharetta! Our client is a respected insurance defense and workers' compensation firm that represents a diverse mix of premier insurance companies, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers throughout the Southeast. This is a full-time position that does not carry a billable requirement.

The firm is seeking attorneys with at least 2 years of prior litigation or public sector experience. Core job responsibilities will include:

  • Independently manage cases throughout the litigation process from inception to resolution
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Make court regular appearances
  • Analyze complex insurance defense, general liability, and workers compensation claims
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and develop compelling case strategies
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with insurance carriers and claim adjusters
