As an Associate Attorney candidates will be responsible for handling a wide range of cases related to insurance coverage litigation. You will work closely with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to provide expert legal advice and representation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of first-party and third-party coverage insurance cases
- Draft coverage opinions and provide legal advice to clients
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
- 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation, with a focus on first-party and third-party cases
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and coverage issues
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience drafting coverage opinions and handling litigation from start to finish
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with judgment lawsuits is a plus
