Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Attorney to join our collaborative team. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters related to insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, general liability, medical malpractice, auto claims, and more. You will work closely with our team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.

- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research and analysis to identify legal issues and develop strategies
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare cases for trial
- Analyze medical records and other evidence to build strong cases for our clients
- Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to our clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed case files and billing records
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 1+ years of experience in insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, general liability, medical malpractice, auto claims, or related areas of law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients
