In addition to base compensation, a discretionary bonus is provided for each completed case.

Candidate should have a demonstrated interest and prior experience in employment law and a demonstrated interest in representing plaintiffs.

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on employment-related matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis on employment laws and regulations
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
• Represent clients in employment-related litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various wage and hour and class action issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Assist with case management and hearings
• Collaborate with senior attorney to develop case strategies
• Attend court proceedings and extract helpful facts at depositions
• Maintain an accurate and updated calendar on your own
• Advance cases efficiently through litigation and mediation

• CA Bar in good standing
