Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Represent clients in various labor and employment matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination.
- Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters, from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, arguing motions, and participating in trials and arbitrations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
- Participate in business development activities, including networking, client meetings, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Bar and in good standing.
- 4+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour, class action, PAGA, and FEHA.
