Job Details
We are seeking a Labor and Employment Litigation Associate to join our Los Angeles office, located in the Downtown/Bunker Hill area.** This is a full-time role with flexibility for in-office or hybrid work based on the candidate's preference.
Responsibilities:
* Independently manage labor and employment litigation matters with increasing responsibility over time
* Handle court appearances, depositions, written discovery, mediations, law and motion practice, and trial preparation
* Serve as lead attorney on assigned cases, maintaining regular communication with clients
* Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators in a supportive, team-oriented environment
* Meet an annual billable target of 1,900 hours
Qualifications:
* 2–8 years of labor and employment litigation experience preferred
* Background in public entity defense, insurance defense, or business litigation is a plus
* Strong litigation skills and ability to take initiative with minimal supervision
* Active member of the California Bar in good standing
