A dynamic and highly regarded Denver-based law firm is seeking an experienced Land Use and Real Estate Associate to join its collaborative team of Attorneys.
Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on zoning, land use entitlements, permitting, and development matters
* Draft and negotiate real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and easements
* Represent clients before municipal planning boards, zoning commissions, and other regulatory authorities
* Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on land use regulations and property rights
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients on strategic planning for real estate development projects
* Monitor and respond to changes in local and state land use and real estate laws
Qualifications:
* J.D. from an accredited law school and active Colorado Bar license
* 2-10 years of relevant experience in land use, zoning, and real estate transactions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
