Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Represent clients in lemon law claims, including litigation and settlement negotiations.
- Advise clients on their rights related to defective vehicles.
- Draft legal documents (complaints, motions, discovery).
- Investigate and gather evidence to build strong cases.
- Stay updated on lemon law and consumer protection regulations.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders to manage case progress.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to manage cases effectively.
Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience handling high caseloads with efficient prioritization.
- Collaborative team player with proficiency in MS Office and FileVine.
