Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in lemon law claims, including litigation and settlement negotiations.
  • Advise clients on their rights related to defective vehicles.
  • Draft legal documents (complaints, motions, discovery).
  • Investigate and gather evidence to build strong cases.
  • Stay updated on lemon law and consumer protection regulations.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders to manage case progress.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to manage cases effectively.

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Attention to detail, strong time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience handling high caseloads with efficient prioritization.
  • Collaborative team player with proficiency in MS Office and FileVine.
