Associate Attorney ( Litigation)

Based in Scottsdale, AZ we are a TOP Ranked Litigation firm. We work with insurance companies to help with large loss subrogation due to natural disasters. The firm is all litigation with some limited travel to do site inspections, take depositions, and meet with experts. If you are an experienced Associate Attorney, then please apply! This is an on-site role in Scottsdale with travel to other locations in the Western US. You can be licensed in any US state. The practice area is plaintiff-side subrogation of natural disasters. This firm has no set billable hours requirement since it is all contingency work. 2nd-year attorneys can make anywhere from a 25k-400k bonus based on cases settled- if you are hungry and motivated, you can do very well financially!

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
JD or similar plus:

• 3+ Years of Litigation Experience
• Ability to travel in the Western US- most times back same day but sometimes extended
• Ability to handle 30-50 cases at a time- being proactive and doing prelitigation research
• Experience with working with insurance adjusters is a plus
• You do onsite inspections of natural disasters of large losses, meet with insurance adjusters, meet with expert witnesses, and litigate cases to subrogate large losses
