Our esteemed law firm is seeking a Permanent Associate Attorney specializing in Personal Injury Automobile Accident Defense to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

As our Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for:

1. Representing our clients in all stages of personal injury and casualty claims, from initial investigation through trial and appeal if necessary.
2. Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and conducting discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
3. Analyzing complex legal and factual issues, conducting extensive legal research, and synthesizing information into persuasive arguments.
4. Negotiating settlements on behalf of our clients, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes that align with our clients' business objectives.
5. Collaborating with our team of attorneys and legal professionals to develop defense strategies, and providing guidance on insurance law and regulations.
6. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with all applicable ethical standards.
7. Keeping abreast of current developments in insurance law, and participating in professional development activities to enhance skills and expertise.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Florida State Bar.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on personal injury
4. Proven experience handling personal injury and casualty claims.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving favorable settlements for clients.
7. The ability to manage a large caseload, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. A commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
