Job Details
Represent clients in state and federal court litigation involving general liability, insurance, and personal injury claims.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
Manage a caseload with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of client service.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in Florida.
4+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury and general liability
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Experience litigating disputes in both state and federal courts.
Excellent academic credentials.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
